surgery update and more

   Hi Everyone!!!

    I hope all has been well with all of you, I am so sorry that I haven't been on lately..just been in a lot of pain lately, my shoulders especially my right one (my left one is doing much better now..this is the one I had surgery on!) and I don't know what I did this time but my back is acting up again. I have been taking ibuprofen for the pain and using a heating pad.

I have also been staying off the computer because I get so overwhelmed (I am so far behind) and I am trying to get my blood pressure down,,i was at the doctor's last Friday and my BP was 150/92...my doctor said my BP is supposed to be lower than 140/90 (both numbers)..I am taking double the dose of my BP medication now....I am hoping that my BP will be normal for my surgery on June 23rd,,,my right shoulder...(finally, soon (hopefully) I will be shoulder pain-free)..I have to be at the hospital at 6:30am...so freakin early!!! which means I will have to get up at 4 and we will have to leave at 5 to be there!...I sure hope the surgeon gets a good night sleep!!!!

    I hope you all can forgive me for not thanking you all..i just want you all to know that I do really appreciate all your support! I will be posting a pic for you as a "thank you" for everything..especially your friendship!!!!!
