    so i started physiotherapy on friday (jan 16th)..since i have back and both shoulders are bothering me, my therapist is going to work on my back one week then work on my shoulders the following week and go back and forth..i just hope this helps!!! for the last couple of days, i have been having a real bad headache..i think its due to stress..my hubby is going to be having surgery in the next couple of months..so he will be off work for up to 6 weeks...so when the time comes I will let you know because I really don't know how much time I will be on here....

my son has exams next week, I know he will do great on them!!!!! he writes one on Tuesday and another one on Thursday!! he is such a great kid, I am so proud of both of them!!
 
     we are in for another couple of days of cold miserable days..-35 with the windchill!!! I sure cant wait for spring to get here!! anyway, hope all is well with all of you!! Take care and I hope you all have a fantastic weekend and week!! sss
